  • 8 oz softened cream cheese Ensure cream cheese is fully softened.
  • 2/3 cup sour cream Adds moisture and tang.
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Melts well on top.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Provides stretchiness.
  • 2 pcs diced green onions For freshness and crunch.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the diced chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl, stirring until well-coated.
  • In another bowl, blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder using a hand mixer until fluffy and well-combined.
  • Add the buffalo chicken mixture, chopped green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese blend. Stir gently until fully combined.
  • Spread the combined mixture evenly in a greased 9x9 baking pan.
  • Top the dip with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

Serve with crispy tortilla chips, baguette slices, or crunchy celery sticks. Leftovers can be saved in an airtight container.
