Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to the appropriate temperature.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a clean cutting board.
  • Create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally into the thickest part, careful not to cut through.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
  • Season both the inside and outside of the chicken breasts with paprika, remaining salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Stuff the filling into each chicken breast pocket, ensuring even distribution.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil or avocado oil over medium heat.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and sear until golden-brown.
  • Transfer the stuffed chicken to a baking dish.
  • Bake until the chicken reaches an appropriate internal temperature and juices run clear.

Notes
