Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to your recipe guidelines.
  • Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  • Drizzle olive oil or avocado oil over the chicken breasts and season with paprika and half of the salt.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and the remaining salt.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the prepared filling, pressing it in evenly.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish, lightly greasing the dish if desired.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until cooked through, checking for doneness.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened; adjust red pepper flakes to desired spice level. Consider baking extra filling as a side.
