This creamy, cozy white chicken chili is the ultimate set-it-and-forget-it weeknight meal. Toss everything in the slow cooker and come home to warm comfort in a bowl.
Add chicken breasts, white beans, salsa verde, green chilies, chicken broth, garlic, cumin, and onion powder to the slow cooker.
Place cream cheese on top and cover with the lid.
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker.
Stir to combine everything well. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Customize it with extra veggies, different beans, or more spice. Leftovers store well and taste even better the next day. Cream cheese makes it irresistibly creamy—don’t skip it!
