  • 2 lbs Chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8–10 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce Adjust to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Red pepper flakes Adjust to spice preference
  • 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken tenders with olive oil and the seasoning ingredients.
  • Thread the chicken onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced.

Grilling

  • Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley to the melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the grilled skewers and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning and olive oil mixture for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
