Preparation

  • Place the shredded cooked chicken in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the diced dill pickles and minced red onion to the chicken.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in the sweet pickle relish, parsley, Dijon mustard, chives, and dill into the yogurt and mayonnaise mixture.
