Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise regular, light, or avocado-based
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Place chicken breasts on the prepared sheet and pat dry.
  • Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over each breast using the back of a spoon.
  • Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs over the top and press lightly to adhere.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Light mayo or avocado mayo can be used for a healthier twist. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and flavor.
