  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter smooth texture
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened adds richness

Sweetness and Moisture

  • 2 cups powdered sugar sweetness and structure
  • 4 tbsp whole milk moisture, adjust for consistency

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and softened unsalted butter. Blend until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing at low speed until incorporated, then increase speed.
  • Pour in the whole milk and mix until the frosting reaches desired consistency, adding more milk if necessary.
  • Taste for sweetness and adjust by folding in more powdered sugar if desired.
  • Once creamy and smooth, use immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

This frosting can be stored at room temperature for a few hours or in the refrigerator for about a week. It can also be frozen for up to three months.
