  • Add chicken breast pieces to the marinade, ensuring all chicken is thoroughly coated.
  • Incorporate pineapple chunks into the marinade with chicken, folding gently to distribute flavors.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Cooking

  • Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto soaked skewers, alternating as you go.
  • Preheat the grill or oven for cooking the kabobs.
