Hellmann’s mayonnaise
light mayo optional

grated Parmesan cheese

seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Place chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pat them dry.
Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs over each piece and gently press them in.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Patting the chicken dry helps the coating stick better. Don’t overbake—start checking at 20 minutes to avoid drying it out.
