Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise light mayo optional
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  • Place chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pat them dry.
  • Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs over each piece and gently press them in.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Patting the chicken dry helps the coating stick better. Don’t overbake—start checking at 20 minutes to avoid drying it out.
