Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while gathering the ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in the bowl with the seasoning mix. Toss gently until the thighs are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish with the skinless side facing up.
  • Dot the tops of the chicken thighs with the diced butter.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the thighs are cooked through and golden at the edges.
  • Once done, remove the chicken thighs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Serve with fresh lemon juice for a bright finish.
