Blue Cheese Dip Ingredients

Preparation

  • Consider placing a wire rack inside the baking sheet for better heat circulation.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken wings with baking powder and kosher salt, tossing to coat evenly.

Baking

  • Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack.
  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Buffalo Sauce Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, combine melted butter, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, brown sugar, and additional kosher salt.
  • Heat over low, stirring until the ingredients meld together.

Coating

  • Once wings are cooked, transfer them to the mixing bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Blue Cheese Dip Preparation

  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, milk, lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper.
