Preparation

  • Begin by cooking the rotini pasta according to package directions in a large pot of boiling water. Stir occasionally and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced pepperonis, bacon bits, sliced black olives, chopped tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Mix gently to combine.
  • Add the cooled pasta to the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. Stir gently to combine everything.
  • Pour in the Olive Garden Italian Dressing and toss the salad to coat the ingredients.
  • Let the salad sit for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to meld.
