Equipment

  • Large Skillet

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  • Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, cover, and cook for 10–15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce. Leftovers taste even richer the next day.
