Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts into bite-size pieces to ensure even cooking.
  • Sprinkle the cornstarch over the chicken pieces.

Cooking Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and let them cook undisturbed until golden-brown.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Continue cooking until no longer pink in the center.

Prepare Mango

  • Peel and chop the mango into small pieces if using fresh or ensure frozen mango is thawed.

Create Glaze

  • Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds.
  • Mix diced mango, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a separate bowl to create the glaze.
  • Pour the glaze over chicken in the skillet.

Finish Cooking
