Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Line a large sheet pan with foil.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, red bell pepper strips, orange or yellow bell pepper strips, and red onion strips.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
  • Set aside half of this sauce in a microwave-safe bowl and pour the remaining portion over the chicken and vegetables.
  • Spread the marinated chicken and vegetable mixture evenly onto the prepared sheet pan.
  • Lightly season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, add in the diced pineapple.
  • Return the pan to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Once fully cooked, heat the reserved sauce in the microwave until it thickens slightly.
  • Drizzle the thickened sauce over the chicken and vegetables.

Notes

Marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight enhances flavor. Use fresh ingredients for better taste. Adjust spice levels based on preference.
