Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts choose similar-sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, thyme or Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each piece.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
