Preparation

  • Preheat your oven as needed for a later step.
  • Cut chicken into uniform cubes, pat dry with paper towel, and season with salt, paprika, onion powder, mixed herbs, garlic, and chili flakes.
  • Dice potatoes into even cubes and toss them with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika in a separate bowl.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the seasoned potatoes, mixing gently.
  • Prepare the creamy sauce by combining milk, cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella in a separate bowl.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and potatoes, stirring gently to incorporate.
  • Transfer the combined mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven initially, then uncover for the final part of baking until bubbly and golden.
  • Allow it to cool slightly before serving, garnishing with fresh parsley.
