  • ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce provides heat
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken main protein source
  • ½ packet ranch seasoning flavor enhancer
  • 1 cup shredded cheese adds richness
  • Coconut oil spray prevents sticking

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking dish by spraying it evenly with coconut oil spray.
  • In a food processor, combine the plain Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • In the prepared baking dish, add the cheese mixture along with the cooked shredded chicken, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, and ranch seasoning. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the dip mixture.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is bubbling.
  • For a finishing touch, place the dip under the broiler for about a minute, watching closely.
  • Remove from the oven carefully, and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with low-carb dippers like celery and cucumber sticks or tortilla chips. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to four days.
