Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Generously spray an 8-inch or 9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked, shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, and blue cheese or ranch dressing, stirring until well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake the dish for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.
  • Once removed from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions and an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce and dressing, if desired.
  • Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes
