Ingredients
  

Lean Proteins

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs cut into even pieces
  • 8 oz tofu or shrimp optional swap

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets or zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium carrots sliced into sticks

Flavor Boosters

  • 1 tbsp olive oil spray or less
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin or Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces, and cut proteins into even portions for even cooking.
  • Toss proteins and vegetables with olive oil spray and seasonings of your choice.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange food in a single layer in the basket, leaving space for air to circulate.
  • Cook proteins for 12–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
  • Remove food carefully, serve hot with a salad, grains, or dipping sauce, and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the basket and don’t skip preheating for the crispiest results. A light oil spritz is enough—too much oil will make food greasy. Shake halfway through cooking for even browning.
