Preparation

Cooking

  • Place the sheet pan in the oven and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through and the vegetables are tender yet vibrant.
  • Once done, remove the sheet pan from the oven and allow it to rest for a few moments before serving.

Notes

Use fresh pineapple for a brighter taste. If you prefer a little kick, add chili flakes for heat. Always taste and adjust seasoning before baking.
