For the Sauce and Cheese

  • 1 jar marinara sauce (26 ounces) sauce base
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese adds richness
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese melting and creamy texture

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Start by adding the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the ground chicken into the skillet and break it up as it cooks until almost fully cooked.
  • Add the diced onions and minced garlic when the chicken is nearly done.
  • Drain any excess drippings from the pan.
  • Season with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.

Making the Sauce

  • Pour in the marinara sauce and add the grated parmesan cheese.
  • Simmer gently for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Finishing Touches

  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Serve over spaghetti or your pasta of choice.

Notes

Use high-quality marinara sauce for the best flavor. Ensure the chicken is broken into small pieces for even cooking.
