Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the black pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, and olive oil. Whisk until a consistent paste is formed.
  • Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning mix, ensuring both sides are well-covered.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the chicken carefully and grill for another 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Assembly

  • Slice the rested chicken into strips or bite-sized pieces.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and place lettuce leaves on each, followed by grilled chicken pieces.
  • Add shredded cheese and drizzle with ranch dressing, adjusting to taste.
  • Tuck in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly from the bottom.
  • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
