Ingredients
  

Marinade & Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and oregano.
  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge).
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  • Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain all those delicious juices.

Notes

For extra flavor, add honey or Dijon mustard to the marinade. To serve in wraps or bowls, slice thinly and top with veggies, rice, or sauces of choice.
