Preparation

  • Start by preparing the spinach. Ensure that the frozen chopped spinach is completely thawed and drain any excess moisture thoroughly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add sour cream and stir until well mixed. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
  • Sprinkle in the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix and combine thoroughly. Taste for seasoning.
  • Fold in the bacon pieces, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • Add the chopped water chestnuts and gently fold them into the mixture.

Assembly

  • Lay the spinach flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spoon a portion of the spinach mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other to create pinwheels.
  • Wrap each pinwheel in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Before serving, unwrap the pinwheels and slice into even pieces, about an inch thick.
  • Serve chilled, with or without fresh vegetable sticks.
