Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by shredding the cooked chicken breast into small, manageable pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Set aside the chicken mixture and prepare your tortillas by laying them flat on a clean surface.
  • In a bowl, mix the coleslaw with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Assembly

  • Place a generous spoonful of the BBQ chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Add a portion of the prepared coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  • Arrange the assembled wraps on a platter, optionally garnished with cilantro and green onions.

Notes
