Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Fresh strawberries Juicy and sweet
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips Dark or milk for creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate For decoration, sweet flavor
  • 1/2 cup Candy melts Green for grass decoration, smooth consistency

Kitchen Tools

  • 1 piece Baking sheet
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper
  • 1 bowl Microwave-safe bowl
  • 1 bag Piping bag or ziplock bag For easy decorating

Instructions

Preparation

  • Thoroughly wash the fresh strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power in short intervals, stirring in between, until almost fully liquefied.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering it completely, and let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  • Place dipped strawberries upright on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and set.

Decoration

  • Melt the white chocolate in a similar way as the chocolate chips, then transfer it to the piping bag.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dipped strawberries to create a football lacing pattern.
  • Melt the green candy melts and use the piping bag to create a grass effect around the base of each strawberry.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help the coating stick. Use high-quality chocolate chips for better flavor.
