  • In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce, honey or brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat everything well.
  • Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, allowing flavors to meld and sauce to thicken.
  • Remove from heat when aromatic and glossy, ready to serve.
