  • Start by seasoning the boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper.

  • Gradually add the cornstarch to the beaten eggs, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  • Dip each piece of seasoned chicken into the egg and cornstarch mixture, ensuring they are completely coated.

Frying

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the skillet.
  • Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, then remove it to a plate lined with paper towels.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, light brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, mustard powder, and additional salt until combined.
