Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chicken provides moisture and protein
  • 1 large egg, beaten acts as a binder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour adds structure and texture
  • 1 tsp garlic powder flavor enhancer
  • 1 cup spinach, coarsely chopped adds freshness and nutrition
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese provides creaminess and tang
  • 1/2 tsp salt enhances overall flavor
  • 1/4 tsp pepper adds mild heat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying ensures crispness and prevents sticking

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, almond flour, beaten egg, feta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Roll the chicken mixture into 8 large balls or 12 smaller ones, placing these formed balls on a plate or a sheet of parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add each ball of chicken mixture to the skillet and press each one down gently into a disc shape.
  • Let each patty cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side for the same duration until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Remove the patties from the skillet and allow them to rest for a moment before serving.

Notes

These patties are versatile and can be served over lettuce, in buns, with salads, or as snacks. Adjust the almond flour if the mixture seems too wet.
