  • Heat‑treat the flour by microwaving it for 30–40 seconds (or baking at 350°F / 175°C for ~5 minutes). Let cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Stir in the cooled flour and a pinch of salt until dough forms.
  • Add optional mix‑ins such as sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, or crushed candy if you like.
  • Scoop and enjoy immediately for a single‑serve nostalgic treat.

Notes

You can roll dough into small balls and freeze for a later treat, or stir into ice‑cream, add to milkshakes, or press between crackers for a fun snack. Because the flour is heat‑treated and there are no eggs, this dough is safe to eat raw.
