  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ½ inch).
  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub chicken with olive oil on both sides, then coat evenly with the seasoning mix.
  • Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Transfer chicken to a plate and let rest 3–5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides.
