Cooking

  • With the chicken nicely browned, pour in the minced garlic, honey, chicken stock, and lemon juice. Add the optional hot sauce for a hint of heat. Stir everything gently to coat the chicken evenly in the mixture.
  • Allow this to simmer until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Once the sauce has thickened to your liking, remove the skillet from the heat. Garnish your chicken with chopped fresh parsley and a sprinkle of red chili pepper flakes.
