  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or any liquid like salsa, BBQ sauce, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray or use a liner for easy clean-up.
  • Place trimmed chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Pour chicken broth or preferred liquid over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, or until chicken is fork-tender and fully cooked.
  • Shred or slice and serve as desired—for sandwiches, salads, tacos, or rice bowls.

Notes
