Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Assembly

  • Place the pie crust into your pie dish, pressing it gently against the bottom and sides.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly.
  • Cover with a second pie crust or create a lattice top. Seal the edges by pinching or crimping them together.
  • Slice a few small vents in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Baking

  • Place the assembled pot pie in the preheated oven and bake according to the pie crust instructions until golden brown.
