  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adjust amount to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Put the cream cheese on top of the chicken breasts without mixing it in.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken and cream cheese.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until the chicken is easily shreddable.
  • Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix with the cream cheese and seasoning.
