Ingredients

  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the crockpot.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
  • Pour chicken broth around the chicken (not directly on top) to preserve the seasoning.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Slice or shred the chicken. Serve with rice, vegetables, or use in wraps, salads, or tacos.

Notes
