Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the smoked kielbasa into half-moon shapes.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir gently until smooth.

Layering in Slow Cooker

  • Layer the potato pieces evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa over the potatoes.
  • Pour the cream of chicken soup mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa, gently stirring to coat.
  • Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Cooking
