Preparation

  • Lightly spray the interior of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the shredded chicken, cubes of cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheddar cheese to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine.

Cooking

  • Place the lid securely on the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
  • When 30 minutes are left, sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Once the timer goes off, lift the lid and consider adding optional toppings like blue cheese crumbles and sliced scallions.
