Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix Adds tangy flavor
  • 10 oz can cream of chicken soup Provides creaminess and richness
  • 1 cup milk Adds moisture and lightens the sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
  • Add the cut Russet potatoes and baby carrots on top of the chicken.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, potatoes, and carrots.

Cooking

  • Cover the crock pot with its lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • When the cooking time is up, carefully remove the lid and check the chicken for tenderness.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken, potatoes, and carrots on plates, spooning the creamy sauce generously over the top.

Notes

Cut the potatoes and carrots into uniform sizes for even cooking. Adjust the ranch dressing mix based on your taste preference. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
