Base Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Lightly oil or spray the crockpot insert. Place chicken breasts in a single layer.
  • Pour in chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, and add garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked (165°F).
  • Shred or slice the chicken, then return it to the crockpot to soak up the juices for 10–15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with rice, pasta, veggies, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

For a creamy version, stir in ½ cup cream cheese at the end. Add chopped vegetables like carrots or baby potatoes for a one-pot meal. Shred for tacos, wraps, or sandwiches.
