Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker, laying them flat to cook evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and Italian dressing until well blended.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken breasts, ensuring even distribution.
  • Pour the cream of chicken and Italian dressing mixture over the chicken.
  • Place the cream cheese on top of the mixture in the slow cooker.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook. Check periodically for doneness.
  • During the last few minutes of cooking, prepare the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta while it’s still al dente.

Serving

  • Gently mix the chicken and creamy sauce with the drained angel hair pasta.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Best served hot. For convenient storage, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat gently.
