Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil with the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, rosemary, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Toss the chicken thighs in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if desired) and arrange the chicken thighs skin side up, spaced apart.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven.
  • Bake until the chicken is fully cooked and the skin is golden brown.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow chicken to come to room temperature before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days in the fridge or freeze for later use.
