  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic and Peppers Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients together, ensuring that chicken thighs are trimmed of any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the dry chicken rub, brown sugar, garlic powder, roasted garlic and peppers seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, chili powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs, using your hands or a brush to coat them evenly.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the oiled chicken thighs and rub the spices into the meat.

Cooking

  • Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in the basket of the air fryer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  • Set the air fryer to the recommended cooking temperature and time, making sure the chicken thighs reach a safe internal temperature.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken thighs using tongs or a spatula and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Adjust seasoning according to taste. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer and let the chicken rest for improved juiciness and flavor.
