Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts boneless, cut into even pieces

Coating

  • 1 cup panko or seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Finishing

  • olive oil spray or avocado oil spray
  • fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, then cut into even pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, and paprika. Coat each chicken piece in the mixture, pressing lightly so it sticks.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Spray the basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer inside the basket, leaving space between pieces.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a low-carb version, swap breadcrumbs with almond flour or crushed pork rinds. For a vegetarian twist, replace chicken with cauliflower florets.
