Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and green chiles. Stir gently to mix.

Assembly

  • Take a flour tortilla and spoon a portion of the chicken and green chile mixture into the center.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  • Repeat the rolling process until the baking dish is filled.
  • Pour the white cream sauce evenly over the enchiladas.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the cream sauce.

Baking

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden, about 25-30 minutes.

Notes
