Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad

  • 1 box spiral noodles (rotini pasta)
  • 1 cup pepperoni chopped
  • 1 cup banana peppers roughly chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed or shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Dressing & Seasoning

  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped pepperoni, banana peppers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Pour in both the Italian and ranch dressings. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix well to blend flavors.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Stir gently before serving to redistribute the dressing. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use tri-color rotini for a colorful presentation. Stir in extras like olives, bell peppers, or artichokes to customize.
