Preparation

  • Gradually add chicken broth, one cup at a time, stirring gently.
  • Cook until rice is tender yet slightly al dente, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Fold in shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream; stir well.
  • Season with thyme, basil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added creaminess, consider stirring in more heavy cream or Parmesan cheese at the end.
