  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese offers saltiness and creaminess
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach adds color and freshness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to the desired temperature for baking.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, spacing them out, and flatten to an even thickness.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it in evenly. Sprinkle with salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and optional red chili pepper flakes, along with the chopped sundried tomatoes.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Baking

  • Pour the cream mixture around the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the chicken is fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165ºF, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and stir in the fresh spinach until it wilts.
  • Allow it to sit covered for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
